About A1 Garage Repair LLC

Who we are

A1 Garage Repair LLC has been in business since 2011. The company is family-owned, locally owned and operated, and it does one kind of work: garage doors. That means repair, spring and cable replacement, panel repair, opener repair and installation, new residential and commercial doors, and tune-ups.

Our shop is at 7350 Industrial Parkway, Unit E, Plain City, OH 43064. From there we serve Plain City, Dublin, Hilliard, Powell, Upper Arlington, Worthington, New Albany, Delaware, Westerville and Columbus. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

How we work

The technician who comes to your property is an A1 employee whom we trained. We do not send subcontractors. The company is licensed and insured, with both liability and workers’ compensation coverage.

Every visit follows the same order. The technician inspects the door, explains what failed and why, and tells you the price. You decide before any work starts, and there are no hidden charges afterward. Estimates on new doors and new openers are free.

What stands behind the work

Parts we replace come with a 3-year warranty. New garage doors come with a limited lifetime warranty. If you have a question about either one, call the office at (614) 500-4377. Garage door springs and cables are under high tension, and that work should not be attempted by a homeowner. It is the reason we send trained employees to do it.

We have been a BBB accredited business since 2013 and hold an A+ rating. On Google, customers have rated us 5.0 across more than 1,000 reviews. Those reviews were written by the people who hired us, and they are the fairest way to judge how we work.
